5: Order Procedures
5.1 Basics
- Once your payment is confirmed, your order will be created and given a unique yozarr.com order number.
- Freelancers must deliver completed files and/or proof of work using the “Deliver Work” button on the Order page, according to the service that was purchased and advertised on their service page.
- The “Deliver Work” button should not be misused by Freelancers to avoid Order guidelines. Misuse may result in a cancellation of the order, affect the Freelancer’s rating, and result in a warning.
- An order is marked as complete after it is marked as delivered and then accepted by a client. If not accepted and no request for modification was submitted within 3 days after the order was marked as delivered, the order will automatically be marked as complete.
- We encourage our employers and Freelancers to resolve conflicts amongst themselves. If the resolution fails, users can seek assistance from yozarr.com’s Customer Support department.
- A milestone is considered complete after it is delivered by the Freelancer and subsequently accepted by the client. If no acceptance or request for modification is submitted within 8 days after being marked as delivered, the milestone will automatically be marked as complete.
- Employers may opt for a Service Subscription, if available on the Freelancer’s service page. During the Service Subscription term, a new order of the same service will be automatically created on a recurring basis.
- Certain services that offer local services might require employers and Freelancers to meet in person for the Freelancer to perform the service. In such cases, users should note that yozarr.com does not guarantee the behaviour, conduct, safety, suitability, or ability of either employers or Freelancers.
5.2. Managing Orders
- When a client orders a service, the Freelancer is notified by email and also receives notifications on the yozarr.com site when logged into their account.
- Freelancers are required to meet the delivery time they specified when creating their services. Failure to do so will allow the client to cancel the order when it is marked as late and may negatively impact the Freelancer’s level.
- Freelancers must send completed files and/or proof of work using the “Deliver Completed Work” button on the Order page to mark the order as delivered.
- Users are responsible for scanning all transferred files for viruses and malware. Yozarr.com will not be held responsible for any damages that might occur due to site usage, content use, or file transfer.
- Employers may use the “Request Revisions” feature on the Order Page while an order is marked as delivered if the delivered materials do not match the Freelancer’s description on their service page or they do not match the requirements sent to the Freelancer at the beginning of the order process.
5.3 Reviews
- Reviews provided by employers are an essential part of yozarr.com’s rating system.
- Reviews will not be removed unless there are clear violations of our Terms of Service and/or our Community Standards.
- To prevent misuse of our review system, all reviews must come from legitimate and eligible orders. Purchases arranged or determined to artificially enhance Freelancer ratings or abuse the yozarr.com platform will result in a permanent suspension of all related accounts.
- Withholding the delivery of services, files, or information required to complete the service with the intent to gain favourable reviews or additional services is prohibited. Freelancers may not solicit the removal of feedback
- Freelancers are not allowed to withhold the delivery of services, files, or information required to complete the service with the intention of gaining favourable reviews or additional services. Freelancers are also prohibited from soliciting the removal of feedback reviews from their employers through mutual cancellations.
- Once both Freelancer and client have completed their reviews, or the applicable review period has passed, all posted reviews are made public.
- Work Samples are added to a Freelancer’s Live Portfolio on their service page if the client chooses to publish the Work Sample while providing a public feedback review. Work Samples are the delivered images and videos sent to a client in a delivery message.
6. Disputes and Cancellations
- We encourage our employers and Freelancers to try to settle conflicts amongst themselves. If, for any reason, this fails after using the Resolution Center or if you encounter non-permitted usage on the Site, users can contact yozarr.com’s Customer Support department for assistance. For more information about "Dispute resulation Policy", "Order Cancellations and Refunds Policy", please refer to the Payment Terms.
- In the event that a resolution is not reached, the matter will be taken to court. It is imperative that the employer or freelancer responsible for the dispute will bear the necessary expenses. We earnestly seek a peaceful resolution and aim to prevent any avoidable legal actions.
